Here is how to interact with the officer when they arrive:
1) Be clear and take your time. Tell the officer what honestly happened and how it has affected you, the people in your vehicle, and your vehicle itself.
2) Be specific and include details including like who is with you in the car, where it happened, engine lights, skids marks, everything.
